Didn’t last scratch already
"One full week of work and I got a scratch. , already. I’ve been buying a Brand called bullhead for a few years and they seem to outlast these current glasses for a lot cheaper than the bombers . Only reason why I bought the bombers was that I heard a lot of great reviews. They do feel great but I don’t think they can handle the everyday grind of a landscaper / groundskeeper. . Weedeating tree work and mowing. For the price of $70at the salary I make just not feasible. Unless I just bought the wrong pair for my occupation. . I gave two stars because they are comfortable their light and they do look very nice. But I’d rather have something reliable, and that could take a few more hits before they finally get a scratch. Now im $70."

I was interested in purchasing the pipe bomb SAFETY glasses. I was wondering if its scratch resistant, as i am a drywall taper. I will be using It to sand ceilings, so fine drywall dust will fall on it and i’ll EVENTUALLY have to wipe it to Clear my vision. If i were to wipe it with drywall dust on it, wIll it scratch? I know its better to wet it First, but i dont have the luxury to do that while working. Also, what aRe the yellow lens for? Which would be a better chiice for me CONSIDERING im working indoors.
Hello B, Yes, all of our products come equipped with scratch-resistant lenses. As far as whether or not they will be scratched when wiping off drywall dust while dry (not wet) - we can't guarantee that they will not be scratched. Also depending on the pressure that's used to wipe and the amount and texture of the dust - we cannot be sure that scratches will occur. Also, the yellow lenses are used where one would prefer to see things from a high contrast view - like when shooting, hunting or riding a motorcycle at night. It really is simply a preference.
