Return and exchange policy


Need to return? No problem!  You have 45 days to get your shades back to us for a full refund.

Something broken or need fixing? Some sort of manufacturing defect maybe? No worries, you have a 45-day warranty to take care of it.

Just head over to our returns & exchanges page to generate a return label and shipping instructions.  Then use those instructions to ship off your return.

Please note that all monetary refund transactions will be subject to a $5 handling fee.  But we will give you a $5 credit to make an exchange. And there will be no handling fees charged for a request for store credit instead of refund.


What items are returnable?

Items purchased in the last 45 days.  We require all eyewear items to be returned (1) WITH the tags on AND (2) in the original plastic bag that the glasses were received in. Safety glasses and sunglasses returns will NOT be accepted if the tags have been removed and/or not returned in the original plastic bag included at the time of purchase. In addition, all returned items must be in new condition to be eligible for a refund. This means no obvious wear and tear to the item(s).

PLEASE NOTE: All returns will be inspected.  Those items not in pristine condition and/or without original packaging WILL NOT be processed for a refund.


Please initiate your exchange through our returns & exchanges page and you will receive your exchange item, refund or store credit once we've received and inspected the item(s) you would like to return.


What is your warranty?

All Bomber Eyewear products are guaranteed for 45 days from the purchase date. Bomber will happily replace at no charge any glasses which are defective or broken due to improper manufacturing and/or substandard component quality for up to 45 days from the date of purchase. Please note: Normal wear, lens scratches, and accidental breakage caused by improper use is NOT covered by this warranty. If you have a damaged item that needs to be replaced, please send (1) a photo of the item, (2) along with your order number, and (3) a brief description of the defect to and someone will be in touch with you.

How to start a return

Just head over to our returns & exchanges page to generate a return label and shipping instructions.  Then use those instructions to ship off your return.

How long does it take to process my return?

Once your items are inspected by us, you'll get your refund typically within 48 hours.

How long does it take to process my order?

Processing time varies between 1-3 days before the order is shipped.

Why? Well, there are a couple of factors to be considered:

Day/Time ordered: Orders placed after 11 am PST Monday-Friday, and on weekends or holidays, will start processing the next business day

Type of Shipping chosen: for Standard Domestic Shipping 3-5 Business Days after processing OR for Priority Shipping 2-3 business days after processing

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

For domestic orders, we offer two shipping options: Standard and Priority

After processing, it varies on the type of shipping selected at checkout. Please note these are estimated delivery times and we cannot guarantee that you will receive your order in the timeframe stated below.

Processing will always take 1-3 business days.

Standard shipping is 3-4 business days once shipped.

Priority Shipping is 2 business days once shipped.

PLEASE NOTE: USPS and other shipping companies will vary in how fast/slow they can deliver your package. After we hand your package over to the shipping provider, the time it takes for delivery is completely out of our control. If you ordered internationally please know that your package will need to go through an inspection at customs, which could lengthen delivery.

When will my order ship?

We ship orders Monday through Friday.  Processing of orders takes approximately 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends will usually ship out on Monday or Tuesday.

During sale events and promotions, please allow up to 4 full business days for us to get your order out. Rest assured our team will be working hard to get all orders out ASAP!


How much does US shipping cost?

Free shipping is based on your total after discounts, and before state taxes.

Standard shipping for orders under $80 is $5.

Standard shipping for orders over $80 is Free.


How to change my order

Unfortunately, we only have a small window to edit orders until they are closed for shipping! If you would like to cancel your order, please let us know as soon as possible at Please include your order number and name! :)

Sales & Discounts

How do I use my discount code?

Enter your coupon code in the "Gift Card or Discount Code" section during the checkout process. Hit apply, then the discount amount will be reflected in the order total.  

Please note that discounts, promotions, and promo codes offered from cannot be applied towards prescription eyewear, i.e. all products on


Can I use multiple promotions on my order?

Sorry buddy! Only ONE code, one set of rewards points, or promotion may be used per order. However, if you have a gift card, you can use a gift card and a code at the same time.


Will my discount code work on sale items?

In short, nope. Discount codes will not work on sale items.

If you have both sale and full priced items in your cart, you may still use your code, and only items that are not on sale will be discounted. Or, you can save most discount codes for later!



What is Bombastic Rewards?

Bombastic Rewards is our gift to you. This rewards program allows our shoppers to collect points, cash in on discounts, and take part in ~exclusive~ giveaways. The more you shop, the more you earn! VIPs in the program earn extra points, and even free sunnies! Please note that rewards cannot be applied towards prescription eyewear.


How do I sign up to receive rewards?

Sign-up is easy.  Simply head to our homepage and click on "Rewards".  if you don't have an account, you'll be directed to create one, dropping in your contact info and birthday (so we can send you presents!). 

How do I earn points?

There are tons of ways to pick up points through the Bomber community -- and you can earn plenty of points without spending a cent! You'll earn 25 points right away just for creating your account, and can pick up more points for writing product reviews, following us on social media, or sharing referrals. When you shop on, you'll earn 1 point for every dollar spent. 

How do I check my rewards points balance?

You can check your points balance in the "My Rewards" section of your account.


How do I redeem my points?

Cashing in points is as easy as earning them. When you've got your favorite sunnies in your cart, look to the right side of your screen. You'll see a drop-down menu (see below), with options to cash in points at 100, 200, 250, and 300. Simply select your point balance and cash in for discounts! 

  • 100 points = $10
  • 200 points = $20
  • 250 points = $25
  • 300 points = $30 


How many points can I apply at one time?

300 points is the maximum number of points you can apply at one time per transaction.

Do points expire?

Rewards dollars act the same as gift card balances, and they never expire. Just apply them to your cart before checkout, and you'll save a chunk of change on your purchase! 



Do you offer prescription?

We have had many of our customers take our frames to their own optometrists and had them fitted with their prescription.  But depending on your prescription and the frame you choose, they may no longer pass safety standards (if you are going for one of our safety models).

Are all of your glasses safety rated?

Most, but not all.  Just the ones that have the word "safety" in the name of the product.  Here are all of the styles we offer in our safety line:


Are your safety glasses ANSI Z87+ rated?  

Yes!  All of our products in our safety line of shades meet and exceed the ANSI Z87+ safety standard. 

Do your safety glasses have safety markings?

All of our safety glasses have safety markings on the frames and lenses.  ANSI Z87+ is stamped on the frame and there are special purpose safety markings on the lens.  Here is a blog that goes into detail about our safety markings if you are interested.

Do all of your glasses float?

Most of them do.  These are the ones that do no float: StrangeZ BombE BombX Bomb, and  H Bomb


What is your biggest and widest style?

Our biggest & widest fitting style is the AHI Bomb

And the second biggest & widest style is the MEGA Bomb

But our new BUZZ Bomb has a very oversize fit as well.


Can your glasses fit over prescription glasses?

We currently only offer one OTG (over the glasses) style that will fit over your prescription glasses called the MAGNUM because of its oversized fit.

Yes!  We have all of our safety glasses and sunglasses (not prescription) available for purchase in our showroom that is located at our headquarters at:
