Born on the Water. Built for the Grind.

World Champ | Builder | Problem Solver
Tommy was living two lives — racing jet skis by morning, working construction by afternoon. His sunglasses kept sinking. His safety glasses were torture.
So he grabbed foam from his jet ski seat, lined his shades, and accidentally invented something that floats.
Safety glasses that fog up and make you miserable. Sunglasses that sink the second they hit water. Why was this so hard?
Tommy lined his shades with jet ski foam. They fit. They were comfy. And when they fell overboard... they floated. Wait, what?!
He started selling them out of his backpack on job sites. "Dude, where'd you get those?" became a daily thing. In 1997, he patented it.
Bomber Eyewear was born. Not from a business plan — from a guy who was tired of losing his glasses in the ocean.

LEGEND
No marketing speak. No corporate script. Just the real story from the man who started it all — from racing waves in Hawaii to building a brand that's lasted 25+ years.
"We never planned to be a company. We just solved a problem."
Hawaiian roots. California soul. Family always.

Tommy didn't just race jet skis — he dominated the sport. Multiple world championships across decades. A comeback story for the ages.
In 2008, he was inducted into the Jet Ski Hall of Fame, cementing his legacy as one of the greatest to ever do it.
Some legends retire. Tommy just kept winning.
Tommy wins his first jet ski world championship. By day he races, by night he builds.
From backpack sales to official business. Bomber Eyewear is born in Costa Mesa.
Tommy is inducted into the Jet Ski Hall of Fame. A legend officially recognized.
20 years later, Tommy returns to racing and wins again. Then '15. Then '16. Legends don't quit.
25+ years. Still family-run. Still Costa Mesa. Still making shades that float.
Bomber didn't grow in a boardroom. It grew in a garage, at trade shows, and on job sites where word spread one handshake at a time.
We're still in the same California beach town where it started. Still a family thing. Still obsessed with making eyewear that works.
