According to Poki, "In the rugged outdoors, we are always sure to have our Bombers on hand. We grab our shades and suddenly we can look out to the open ocean with ease. With the strength of the Hawaiian sun in our eyes, polarized protection is a must, but we choose to wear bombers because they offer so much more than that." 

Poki notes that other surfers frequently ask if she realizes she is still wearing her sunglasses, but are full of questions when they realize that these shades float.  "It’s nice to never have to worry about losing your shades while still benefiting from them in the glary ocean. They have such a snug and comfortable fit that they rarely ever leave your face but should they fall, you can always count on them floating back to the surface."
