"My family have been buying the floating style Bombers for years now from Lake Cumberland’s State Dock Marina. I recently bought a pair of the aviator style off of the website but the nose piece was broken when I got them out of the box. I took a picture and sent an email to customer service. The response I got back was almost immediately. They sent me a new pair right away and I didn’t even have to deal with the hassle of returning the broken pair. We will continue to rave about how awesome these glasses are and now about how awesome the customer service is as well! Definitely a 5 star rating!!"

"Bought a pair in February, in April, lost a screw that held in the lens. They're good looking glasses and comfortable enough to wear all day and nice enough to wear at work. But I feel like the frame should not have come unscrewed after less than two months of wear."
