All orders within the USA are subject to a $5.00 shipping and handling fee. Residence within California are subject to sales tax.

If your original purchase qualified for FREE shipping and you choose to return any part or all of the order, you will be still responsible for both the original cost we incurred to ship the product to you and the costs to send the product back to us.
All shipping costs and FREE shipping promotions are based on shipping to addresses within the continental United States of America. Items shipped outside the continental USA (ie. Alaska & Hawaii) will be charged for additional shipping costs. If shipping your purchase outside the continental USA, please call before purchasing to attain all additional costs from our friendly customer service agents.
We accept returns within 10 days from the date of delivery. All items must be new, unopened and returned in original packaging. You must receive authorization from us before returning any items. If you fail to receive authorization prior to sending us a return, your refund may be delayed. Please email us at orders@bombereyewear.com for authorization prior to making a return to minimize any delays in receiving your credit. Refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
All refunds will be made to the person / credit card that made the original purchase.
You may cancel an order prior to processing and/or shipping. You will be charged a 5% cancellation fee. You must send an email to us at orders@bombereyewear.com or call us at 714-437-9500. Any shipped items that you return are subject to a 15% restocking fee and any shipping costs that we incur, these costs include both the original cost we incurred to ship the product to you and any subsequent costs to ship the product back to us.
Please inspect all packages promptly, any damage must be reported before 10 days for the claim with UPS/Fedex to be made and a new part/item shipped. If an item is damaged during shipment, please save all packing materials & contact us immediately at orders@bombereyewear.com or call us at 714-437-9500. We cannot process a claim after the 10 day time frame for damage claims. It is your responsibility to open and inspect all merchandise UPON receipt to insure no damage has occurred.
