Sales Tax

Effective April 1, 2009, California state residents are responsible for 9.5% State tax on all online purchases. All other territories pay no sales tax.

Shipping

All shipping costs and free shipping promotions are based on shipping to addresses within the continental USA. Items shipped domestically outside the continental USA (ie. Alaska, Hawaii, territories) may be charged additional shipping costs. If you will be shipping your domestic purchase outside the continental USA, please call before purchasing to assess if additional costs will be incurred.

For international orders, please call or email us for overseas shipping information.

Our Bomber Network Pledge

The following terms cover your purchase regardless of whether you bought directly from BomberEyewear.com, from another website, or from one of our many dealers or distributors. If you're not satisfied, let us know so we can fix the problem.

Returns & Refunds

We happily accept returns or exchanges within 90 days from the original shipping date. All items must be new and returned in original packaging. All refunds will be made to the person or credit card that made the original purchase. In some cases, refunds may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

You must receive authorization from us before returning any items. If you fail to receive authorization prior to sending us a return, your refund may be delayed or denied. Please call or email us for authorization prior to making a return.

If your original purchase qualified for free shipping and you choose to return part or all of the order, you may be responsible for either or both the original cost we incurred to ship the product to you and the cost to return the product to us.

Quality Warranty

All Bomber glasses are warranted for one full year from the original date of purchase. Bomber will happily replace at no charge any glasses which are defective or broken due to improper manufacturing and/or substandard component quality. Please note: Normal wear, lens scratches, and accidental breakage caused by improper use is NOT covered by this warranty.

We ask that you return the defective pair at your own cost to Bomber. Please include the following information with your return: your name, address and telephone number, as well as the proof of purchase and a brief description of the defect or damage. We also recommend that you send the return via a traceable method (such as UPS, FedEx or US Postal Service with delivery confirmation), as Bomber is not responsible for lost or misdirected packages.

Merchandise damaged during Shipping

Please inspect all packages promptly. Any damage due to shipping must be reported before 10 days for the claim with USPS/UPS to be made and a new part/item shipped. If an item is damaged during shipment, please save all packing materials and contact us immediately. We cannot process any claims after the 10 day time frame for damage claims. It is your responsibility to open and inspect all merchandise upon receipt to insure no shipping damage has occurred.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel an order prior to processing and/or shipping. To cancel, please call us at 888-758-1070. In some cases, you may be charged a 5% cancellation fee. Any shipped items that you return may be subject to the terms explained above.
